Oh! There is nothing which a good employee can adore their. It is an absolutely a hollow institution where the management is just using others as pawns for venting out their own frustration.

Dislikes

1. The owner has no vision for education and he behaves like a dictator. He imposes his ideologies on the employees and he projects himself and his school to be the best school in the entire world because it promotes vedic values but it's a hypocritical thing that he himself put everybody down for expressing the basic things. All the employees except a few who are favourites are suffering from mental exploitation<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They pay salary on the time , appraisal is there but you won't be treated with respect at any level</mark>. No logic no reasoning only imposition of thoughts and ideologies. Paper wastage all time high, highly unorganized and mismanaged sueprivisors and principals, all they care is teacher is wearing a saree or not. Silly isn't it? And assembly is a battle ground, teachers are insulted by the owner in front of the students if they don't express themselves as per the owner's wish. They charge the teachers for giving bus service.
