It's not a best platform to work as it has lot many employees who go behind managers and apply butter to them and burn them without pain. But the real pain is to the employees who don't apply butter to the managers

What they seem to portray as the product and company as a whole.

Dislikes

No coordination between senior management. Lack of direction when it comes to plans. No planning & vision. Lack of clarity in communication.

Likes

Freedom of working. No timings. My project and team members. Friends and collegues. They value us and our work. Traditional values. Specially diwali and ganesh chathurdi.

Dislikes

Some kind of internal politics. No benefits. Strict hours calculation. To the management gentle note. See the coin from both the sides before concluding.
