- No appropriate training in terms of the actual practical work we would be doing. The company has a good L&D department with it's online e-learning course but all in vain if we don't get manager's support.
- The management doesn't really know the right direction of process to reach our company's vision . A lot of trail and error goes on.

- Late night meetings (Sometimes till 2-3 am) specially during festive season without any comp-off or overtime pay was a shock to me.
