1 - Salary gets credited on time 2 - In the dynamic culture of organisation learnings will be high 3 - Good for a short team experience or only if someone is jobless

1- PLI amount not paid timely and if someone joins or resigns in between financial year will lose PLI completely which is 12% of his salary. 2- DA is Rs 75/- per day, which is lowest in the industry. 3 - Appraisal is done timely but no certainty of increment, it might happen might not might be flat 3% for everyone despite good or bad performance and amount gets credited from September to sometimes December 4 - No gradation system. An assistant manager can be at 15 LPA and a manager can be at 6 LPA. A senior manager can be at 9 LPA. A senior manager can report to a deputy manager too, so no value system of respect is there in the organisation.( Thats why their 6th value is respect probably) 5 - Horrible work culture, an employee performed is a category is said to make video of their family members ( wife, daughter, mother ) saying how his son is doing great in Jio and how they are happy seeing their son work in Jio. 6- Terrible work culture - one will find social media filled with manager scolding team member in slang language

Long working hours and long duration Video Calling culture is very prevalent. VC start at 5.30AM in the morning and employee made to join via Laptops. Again VC start at 6PM again which eats into your personal time. VC are conducted 7Days a week with no holidays or breaks. There is large amount of administrative system based work load also which required constant monitoring and boring. Constant long duration reviews on daily basis increases stress and pressure.

Salary comes on time every month no matter what. I think leave policy is also good and leaves can be availed without too many approvals as is the case with other organisations. Flexible working hours and job security for some reason.

...ason for example many employees haven't been promoted from last 10 years and so. Also salary discrepancy exists at highest level as no slab system for salary is being followed by the company. Very process oriented and local HR team is reluctant to override these processes even if it means to loosing some of the key employees. No employee retention policy, they will happily let you go even if you have spend a life time there and are a core member of the team. Overall company does not present a good platform for budding employees however if you are very high in the hierarchy and get a senior manager role or above, then it might be the place for you. Less stress and slow pace environment will be good for someone who wants to settle down without caring much about the work culture and learning development. PS-6 days a week at circle level while NHQ follows 5 days a week schedule.

...ent treats employees as slave and speaking with employees with unparliamentary . There is no ethics and loss of salary because of management asking to put my money in day to day business I lost huge amount of money because of my superiors as well as my subordinates, one more important point to be notice with unethical management in higher positions they don't know the ground realities in employees working premises they blindly believe provoking guys like immediate supervisor they always tell lies on subordinates after the conversation of higher management these people ask their team to office and insulted infront of all staff this is a screwed-up culture. They don't have courtesy of employees families

The compensation and benefits are not at all in line with industry standards. Annual bonus and increments are declared and paid almost 6-8 months after the year close. Besides, there are almost nil possibilities for organic growth despite the employees showing great track-record and taking incremental responsibilities and ownership beyond their designated work-profile.
