...the leadership is not at par with the world standards or even India standards. discrimination in compensation benefits No ESOP or only selected few get it. Why? is should be policy driven Promotion policy is opaque. Leave policy should have encashment option

It's good that the company supported in terms of no salary deduction during a lockdown period. But there is no job satisfaction and a career growth. No corporate culture is there.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. No work timings, after sale service is poor. Customer is chasing the sales person and there is no solution from the senior management. Refund of money to customer is pathetic. And the profile is very much different from the work you do. After getting into job you come to know the reality and at that time you don't have any other option. .
