Worst company to work with. Rubbish work culture. Please don't join by just by looking at Brand name(you'll regret) . Keep your doors open of your previous company.(you'll feel soon after joining) This company will not treat you like a employee. They are inhuman. No job security here in any department. Not even in HR. Hire/fire & PIP. No worklife balance. Politics/favourism. No Employee welfare. Mental harassment. Horrible Appraisals. False job information given before joining. Growth you'll not think of because you'll not want to stay here. Nobody speaks up because of the influence they've got. But being into HR, I'm sharing a honest review so that your career shouldn't get spoiled. Still if you want to join then you can at your own risk.

Medical benefits given by the Company for employee and immediate family members is too good and appreciable.

...Geography level wherein in NHQ its 5 days work. Growth opportunity is very less. Compensation is not at par.

Tech driven, a very good example for digitization processes. Paperless jobs. Very good salary ailments and perks

Dislikes

Heavy pressure, performance counts every day like sales jobs. Too many con calls even at midnights. As HR u can't do anything other than recruitment (this is also difficult one).

This company is very excellent it gives work -life balance is good and they gave salary is better than other companies and job security for worker and work is so powerful and satisfaction
