Location, Initial salary is competitive in the market Can join if you want to pass time without doing much and get salary on time

- No vision - No transparency about future goals and direction(Looks like they have all under qualified resources and don't know where to start.) - Poor culture and communication - 9 hrs a day. 5 days a week work from office which is pathetic for bangalore employees. - Food in the cafe is too costly. If you expect us to work 9 hrs in the office it is most likely that we may have two meals in the office. So you need to make sure food is cheap and healthy for all of us. - Not so great upper management. Directions keep changing. - Poorest and delayed hikes. - Less job accountability - IMO job cut seems to be unavoidable in near future. - Of all, low reputation in the job market.

Overall a good working culture, But salary benefits are not good, Because joining time shared details benefit May be changed after joining.😀

Joining time benifits change after joining that's not good, and not provide cab feslity and shift allowance.

Good to learn and work on newest techstack at workplace. Appraisal hikes are minimum 10% atleast. Your random technical suggestion will be heard and you can implement it. Focusses on less documentation more work.

Dislikes

weekly 9hrs average to be maintained to avoid losing your salary. At office place, upper management people are shouting on the floor that newcomer feels to abscound the company. MC BC bad words will be shouted at you in front of all very loudly , but your job is not to counter or oppose and stay calm and show the manager that he are right even if not your mistake. Random suggestion and rework are very common, junior people work for paycheck. Veriable pay is not given by the company if employee leaves the organization. so dont count that even if you see it in offer letter

Nothing to be liked, Not an employee friendly company.

Dislikes

People at Leadership take credit of all the hard work done by the team. No hike and promotion for years. 5 days mandatory work from office, 9 hr per days to be maintained. No benefits for employees. Jio only pays and promotes people from premium institute such as IIT, irrespective of their performance. They ignore hard working talanted people from non premium institute.

Very less salary and does not provide any benefit except corporate sim. Lunch is paid and expensive. Also mumbai is expensive to stay. Not flexible timings. Should complete 9 hours per day. Everything is expensive here. So it is difficult to stay here. No transportation is provided by company.
