Overall a good working culture, But salary benefits are not good, Because joining time shared details benefit May be changed after joining.😀

Good to learn and work on newest techstack at workplace. Appraisal hikes are minimum 10% atleast. Your random technical suggestion will be heard and you can implement it. Focusses on less documentation more work.

weekly 9hrs average to be maintained to avoid losing your salary. At office place, upper management people are shouting on the floor that newcomer feels to abscound the company. MC BC bad words will be shouted at you in front of all very loudly , but your job is not to counter or oppose and stay calm and show the manager that he are right even if not your mistake. Random suggestion and rework are very common, junior people work for paycheck. Veriable pay is not given by the company if employee leaves the organization. so dont count that even if you see it in offer letter

Very less salary and does not provide any benefit except corporate sim. Lunch is paid and expensive. Also mumbai is expensive to stay. Not flexible timings. Should complete 9 hours per day. Everything is expensive here. So it is difficult to stay here. No transportation is provided by company.

Startup enviroment , awesome campus good company to start you career you well get gifts for every occasion (festival , reliance Day) You will se few celebrities visiting on some occassions

Learning is stagnant after few years salary not upto industry standards for experience people no wfh benefits provided (apart from you can wfh :) ) Hr and hr policy worst here No team outing (if at all then you need to bear expenses) promotions happens late usually(4years for SDE2 irrepective of your skills no early promotions).

Nothing except Salary on time. There are lot of politics in Jio/ Reliance Jio. There is not job security.

Dislikes

Job security & work life balance. Jio layoff 4 developers on same day without any information. They join recently after 3 months Fired. One culture in Reliance Jio is that no information of layoff & manager will start removing, revoking access, blocking from everything whatever in his hand. I suggest to join TCS because TCS is having job security at least. Reliance & Jio is worst organization. People are not supporting in any bad situation. One major problem is that they have stopped last seen message. Even they will not reply any message quickly. There is no proactivnase. Lazy people...
