I worked in SCM plateform team. Worst place i have ever worked in. All Managers and MD is terrible person. There is no personal life. They always pressurized and push to worked after work hours and on weekends also. If you raised voice against them they will remove you by doing politics. We login at 10am and leave office by 9pm. There is no work life maintenance. They torture their employees by calling them/texting them constantly even if they are stuck in emergency situation.They made me work 20/7.Even after office and in week off period. Very less salary and does not provide any benefit except corporate sim. Lunch is paid and expensive. Also mumbai is expensive to stay. Not flexible timings. Should complete 9 hours per day. Everything is expensive here. So it is difficult to stay here. No transportation is provided by company.
