the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of team that works for 100% customer satisfaction with a customer obsessed culture. All process are aligned to keep hygiene in the system and customer centric approach.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. There is no differentiation in increments based on the performance of an employee, all gets same rise irrespective outstanding or average performance.

Overall a good working culture, But salary benefits are not good, Because joining time shared details benefit May be changed after joining.😀

Past 3 years not growth in Salary,not even one rupees Increment from three years and if anybody says or ask about increment, they directly says ( Job is running well, Salary recieving ion time. Looks at world , many guys is roaming for jobs. So by saying this words they drop out their self. So, want to inform to all Boys, In future do not join reliance's offroll,
