1-being 8 yrs employee no promotion after getting A* AND A+ rating regularly manage KPI 95 % also. 2-new employee same designation getting 3time higher than me which means mine 8 yrs value less. 3-assained works to me which is not related to mine kpi for putting extra pressure for that . 4- 4 days salary deducted with out any information to me . several follow up no replay from any one.

There is no appraisal or bonus for lower employees. they build by these employees, I'm here about 2 year but I didn't get any salary increment or bonus towards these day but only one thing is good they never forget to pay you at the early of the month only this thing is good.

Infrastructure Focus is great and necessary upgrade done as and when required. Also there is no constraints on resources required to run the network.

Dislikes

...t and enhancement requires much attention. No good future for ground level team. No salary improvement for them which causes hopelessness among them and destroys competition among team.

Organisation has a very very clear vision & Mission. Seems each & everything planned in 4G, 5g, FTTX, digitisation as part of vision have materialised due to meticulous planning and execution. Company has adapted all futuristic technologies . Seems Leadership team is hand picked by Head of the organisation, empowered them appropriately, resulting more than expected deliverables.

Dislikes

...loyees and implemented a clear path for employees to maintain work-life balance. In addition, I would like organisation to implement salary band rationalisation in similar roles. And a 05 day week would be very very welcome.

I don't like that working platform there is no proper solution salary benefits no increment no job security ever body can work temporely there is permenent and evry staff are like a boss they can't handling and treat not good for employe
