Dislikes

Long working hours and long duration Video Calling culture is very prevalent. VC start at 5.30AM in the morning and employee made to join via Laptops. Again VC start at 6PM again which eats into your personal time. VC are conducted 7Days a week with no holidays or breaks. There is large amount of administrative system based work load also which required constant monitoring and boring. Constant long duration reviews on daily basis increases stress and pressure.

Likes

Salary is best in the industry. Credited on time on the last working day of every month. The job is very secure and lesson until you are involved in some integrity issues. Reliance jio infocom also page lot of attention for office killing their staff and has tie up with Coursera and LinkedIn for new courses and certificates.

Dislikes

Promotions are very hard to come by as the seniors don't vacate their positions. Also internal transfer via IJP is very difficult because if you are a high scorer your immediate boss will not allow you to go and if you are bad scorer wherever you want to go they are not willing to accept. So you get stuck wherever you have joined.

Maximum exposure Got freedom to implement new innovations and experience new things Extensive support from team and seniors.

Dislikes

1. Salary to be checked while hiring talents not only based on policy defined as if anyone not working then to be hired on last salary or less. Salary to be given based on the requirement raised by candidate and as per market. 2. Saturday has to be off day

Culture of Reliance is very good and salary also good with excellent job security. Flexible working hour policy is here which makes it better place to work,

promotions are poor .. which is dissatisfaction point

Need to remove all top management .they are enjoying working nothing ..whole days threating to give PIP their reporties ..name of the motivation nothing ..they are not thinking about other family pathetic culture ..they hired for manager level bt they don't understand mumbai market .how they are working like they want close Mumbai SMB n Enterprise team....they not thinking about jio they are very selfish.
