...s no appraisal and increment after in 5 year of my carrier with this company.... There is no process for promotion and salary increment for the employee who is not doing house/personal work of his/her managers.......It's a place where you join once and dump your complete carrier in a dustbin.

company and senior should support there new employee and develop the skills therefore that new employee become asset for the company in future, but in jio there is not this kind of culture. Too much mental pressure in jio

Very Good Company but the HR Policies are like the worst. You will get promoted but your salary will be almost same. You and your team members who are reporting to you is working on same designation. Seriously 😳 if you speak to HR. They will be prsn whol will feel like..हाथ खरे करना this is the policy..

only thing is that it is a reputed company

salary is very low. work life balance is bad. we have to cheat customers to achieve target and also if a customer complain to our senior that they are being cheated then pur job is in danger bur seniors also want us to cheat customer in a better way without being cought. also if there is festival comming then you have to work all 7 days for 2-3 weeks. no weekoffs given

No promotions, no salary hike, no incentives, no work life balance, micro management, no HR stake, Senior business management runs whole structure with employee favouritism. Nothing to learn as such, no skill development.
