They pretended to be care about their employees but the reality is very different.

Lots of salary deductions in the name of Mediclaim, GTLI, gratuity, PLI, which will deduct from employee salary only Mediclaim’s cost 35000 to the employee, PMS system is worst, company culture is also very worst every 2nd employee feels frustrated, unnecessary work load and pressure, if want to survive in the company you have to obey your manager instructions unless you will have to compromised with your performance ratings. And rest your will get to know it you meet personally with any employee.

...g every Year also got promotion with huge responsibility and pressure but still there is no change in salary after promotion too

You will get growth here but there will be no change in your salary I will not write much more apart from this from past 4 year my rating is A+,A*,A*,A+

...on't like to work and grow in your career than Jio is the perfect place for you. You will just sit and get the salary.

No timely increments Your committed CTC will not be given to your if your review is A i.e. your PLI will be deducted by 20% No policy for employees No external training or certification opportunity HR are of no use and they will create rule which are against employees

Very poor management and there is no growth of carrier as well as salary benifits. PLI also deducted by company which is part of CTC and .. always getting threatening to ..job se nikal denge ..dusra dekh lo ...all that ...and work pressure is tremendous

The managers may or maynot be good, but the team members are always there to support eachother.

Dislikes

The work is good, work culture is good. Annual performance review and almost 100% variable pay rollout each year.
