No hikes PLI disbursed after 1.5 years No team parties/get togethers No employee encouragement initiatives like employee of the year etc. They just want you to work tirelessly No proper management.. They want to call u to office without giving a desk.

Less work but it will dangerous for getting the new job

Manager post is just designation. HR and Team Lead are work together to not give any appraisal and bonus and any benifit. No work from home only TL and above post can get. All the thing will be on the teams because they are not reading mail even they will not understand the English sometime

Depends on the team you are working with If you are lucky you get a lot of chance to learn new technologies Job security is there Work culture is average although Jio is working hard to improve it

Work culture - Bosses think they own you because they are giving you salary Stay late just to show off is a big issue

Company culture is good team member are so supportive. There is no any hire - fire system.

... this company is, they not focus on employee benifits and requirement of assets. And there is no any fixed rule for salary hike when or how much you got. And if you join after April then you are not eligible for any hike in next year.
