No value for Quality employees, Only few Top leader having their gang's, They manupullate their own guys n show as top perperformers, They are most crupt . No mean of HR, They are just as show price, They can't help to quality, Hard worker n honest guys, Here only Dept heads are doing their dadagiri. If your Boss is crupt, than for survive either you have to follow them or left the job, I m the victim of this activity at Reliance in last dept. For survive I change my Dept.

If you want to work with full security, than you are most welcome, else everything is biased in nature.

Dislikes

Salary Hike system, management culture, Upper level only takes decisions as per their suitability and does not even listen to field team for whom the decision has made. Overall, company polices are good but the company management is pathetic and never listen to anyone.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes, l have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals .
