...benefitted. New talents with hell lot of work pressure getting harassed by them. HR is always finding ways to cut employees salary. You have to beg for your appraisals and ratings, in spite of 200% of work and dedication, you will get a lollypop of 2-4 %. They will take a heavy part of your salary held in the name of PLI, but will give back after deducting from it too. No work life balance. Disown your family if you want to work here.

...ntage increment after 3 year of job I would suggest not to join these companies. just sucking the blood of employees and pays nothing instead of increasing salary they will cut your salary in name insurance and all very wors company

...xperience holder as well as FTE( Fixed Term Employees)it's not a suitable place.No salary hike, Senior Manager politics,No promotion as well as no felicitation for Hard work employees.So in an average great company for nation but worst for employees......

If you are good with you package offered to you, then it's good to work else don't hope for appraisals. 1. Medical Policies are very good. 2. HR policies are transparent as every thing mentioned on their portal.

One of the best working culture I've ever seen in any company. The management is very good & cooperative. There will be ample of opportunities to do extra courses through LinkedIn learning, Coursera provided by the company in order to enhance your skillset.
