Incentives structure very bad. Incentives credit in account after 3 months, others are credited in next months. No promotions No appraisal and no salary increment just workload increase day by day but no improvement in salary.

Associates are treated as outsiders whereas all backend activities done by them. No promotion, no salary hikes, Even zero job security as associate are removed from system without giving proper compensation and all

...at you think. Cross functioning employee miss use of job rights given to them. No increment on time and even variable pay of salary not given in time. No activity for employee engagement, team outbonds. Even employee lose money from pockets for expenses made for business purpose. No extra budget.

There is so much workload. I feel when I was working at reliance. Salary pay is very low compare to other retail industries. If someone is interested to gain a retail industry experience it is a good place.
