My compensation and the benefits over it is not at par as compared to my experience level Or with other domain profiles. Also, the promotion / appraisal is at it's worst level compared to other industries / domains / sectors. Overall job-security is very bad as I am always feeling of uncertainty of the same due to my contractual conditions and project scope released by the parent company. Hence, the job satisfaction level is not as desired and work-culture merely brings out the positiveness of my actual capabilities.
