Good campus environment.

Dislikes

Poor salary. Very less yearly increment. In-hand amount keeps on decreasing on various reasons like medical insurance and other, overall pay remained same as of previous year. Very less initiatives for upskilling. No flexibility in working model, strict wfo. Poor work life balance, due to inequality in responsibility allocation. More work will be given in return of good work done previously.

Nothing as such. Only thing is they don't fire easily, unless u face disciplinary action

...ntless dislikes: 1. Terrible work culture. 2. Leaders having no clear vision. 3. No hike for certain teams. 4. Constant micromanagement. Will call u even if u a re away for 5 mins. 5. Permanent work from office. Need to mandatorily complete 9 hrs, gets easily extended to 12 hrs. 6. Snake colleague's and rude manager.

Salary is as per market standard. Office campus is too good.

Dislikes

Appraisal cycle is very bad. There is no fixed month or date on which the appraisal comes. Too much micro management is there. No work life balance. They just want to get the work finished no matter what the quality is.

1. Salary hike is less. 2. Salary cutting is more. 3. Non technical person having more authority. 4. No extra perks nd benefits. 5. Less buses in campus. 6. No night shift allowance. 7. Not good at starting age its good after 35, 40 age.

Good leaves count and almost good work life balance Good tech stack (depends on your luck) Good job security (better than a startup)

Dislikes

The salary is very less. Whole upper management is filled with people from Mumbai only. At times, people abuse in the meetings as well leaving the professionalism behind. Work culture is at times toxic as well.
