...ntless dislikes: 1. Terrible work culture. 2. Leaders having no clear vision. 3. No hike for certain teams. 4. Constant micromanagement. Will call u even if u a re away for 5 mins. 5. Permanent work from office. Need to mandatorily complete 9 hrs, gets easily extended to 12 hrs. 6. Snake colleague's and rude manager.

Work life balance is amazing depending on anyone's project it varies however shift timing is more flexible and manageable.

Salary hikes are very less and learning opportunities are less for fresher candidate.

Very less compensation for sde level for the same level of work and same role the pay difference between an IIT grad and an NIT grad is huge like this is not a equal opportunity employer so join it only if you are an IITian.

They offer less CTC to a new comers/freshers and pay well off to its higher management employees. They do not care if a skilled employee leaves because they think there is plenty of fish in the market at a lesser cost.
