work life balance is good, In RCP there are many facilities like GYM,TT and lot of activity to do.

Dislikes

No remote culture, no salary hike, PLI always delay, manager not helpfull, 9hr very strict. no new things are implementing in the project.

No one is there to hear you no management support for your good work Only blame game is between teams . Everyone is your manager and you wont get proper job satisfaction

The salary they provide me is so much below than as i expected because i give my 100% in service but the ration work with salary is so unequal so that's why i dislike this facility
