I like only my coworker rest everything is nonsense

Dislikes

...t will never pay the amount. They will promise you incentive but will never pay. They will deduct your salary and then they will promise that you will get in next month but that month will not come. Eventually their process went shutdown and they will tell you current month salary will be given after 45 days and you may leave. There is no growth but only presure. Don't join this company no matter how needy you are because it will destroy your career and moral values. It will impact your will and integrity towards corporate job.

There is nothing to like about for this company.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor. Salary expectation are also very low. I will recommend only freshers who haven't worked anywhere only to come and work here and experience hell.

...urce personnel every now and then. Even the food court did not have proper food. The pay is terribly low. When the company decides to terminate and employee they ask you to accept a mistake which ideally was not done by them.

Poor management Less salary Behavior with employees Unnecessary extreme politics (even in WFH) Extra time salary (never on time) Criticism over the mistakes Delay in incentives No data saftey (they can even read your personal chat through desktop remote connection)

Nothing, expect the week off they give on god's mercy.

Dislikes

...est period between the calls would be around 15 seconds This is a shit company. They will also delay in incentives, overtime or quality bonuses. You will get the bonus(if any) after 2,3 months.
