...urce personnel every now and then. Even the food court did not have proper food. The pay is terribly low. When the company decides to terminate and employee they ask you to accept a mistake which ideally was not done by them.

There is no work culture in Jindal and they do not offer any compensation or benefitsfor handling there 7-8 chats at a time and most of guys leave the company with in the first month, however if they do not do that they are forced to leave the company by giving fake policies that they don't even follow.

Here is no job security, they can fire you anytime without any reason. No salary appraisal or benefits. There is a politics everywhere and because of that their employes dont careof them and there is noworking environment or work life.

Zomato process and 5 days time waste for the training which is completely a joke.

...ics and the management is very very poor they don't know how to talk and behave. Every month there is a salary issue with n number of employees. Zomato should give the process to some responsible company where employee can can with privilege and give their best.

Salary is decided anything else but after you accept the offer they will they will complete change the salary which are decided... Hr Supriya ma'am ... You should learn rule and regulation... Stop forcing candidate to resign from their old company without providing the offer letter... Waste of time ..they are just disgusting

Work life balance is very poor. Salary expectation are also very low. I will recommend only freshers who haven't worked anywhere only to come and work here and experience hell.
