...ment people are fake profiles. There are lots of things which I can write about. One of basic thing is fresher will get more salary than the experienced ones see how much logically they are to decide. There is big NO if you are in RCM and going to join company. Paise deke AM ate h yahan. R1RCM wale jis experience pe employees ko ban kar deti ussi company k experience pe yahan Assistant manager hire kiye jate wo bi kewal 3-4 saal k experience pe. Jis AM ko tameej ni h usko AM se DM 6 month m or fir 1 saal m Manager promote kiya jata h. Jo apne se 5 saal launde se pat jati h or usko promote karwati jo floor pe galiyan deta firta h, ek dhale ka kaam ni karta floor pe, employee se jyada leaves leta h jiska kaam bolu to ek kaam ni karta or even hafte 2 din to late report karta h but you can't complain about them.

...urce personnel every now and then. Even the food court did not have proper food. The pay is terribly low. When the company decides to terminate and employee they ask you to accept a mistake which ideally was not done by them.

Working in jindal was good but I believe things could be better as making changes in above mention criteria.

In jindal Manny things.. such as job environment, shift, hr management, salary process, work policy, updates.

It is a good place to make friendships and all the team leaders were awesome too. The salary is fine as expected.

I am not much impressed by the management as a whole, lots of cab issues, and long working hours.

Zomato process and 5 days time waste for the training which is completely a joke.

...ics and the management is very very poor they don't know how to talk and behave. Every month there is a salary issue with n number of employees. Zomato should give the process to some responsible company where employee can can with privilege and give their best.
