Nothing, expect the week off they give on god's mercy.

Dislikes

...est period between the calls would be around 15 seconds This is a shit company. They will also delay in incentives, overtime or quality bonuses. You will get the bonus(if any) after 2,3 months.

Salary/ incentives (wifi fee(only for wfh) and extra hrs login or govt leave work) credition date... on 7 th of every month... I'll guarantee you'll have your salary credited .. but other than that Nothing to say, please read the dislikes🤣 I wanna write more but I don't know how many words are allowed.

They have made sure to extract every small amount of energy you have, they made sure to make profit from you, they just don't care about you. If you wanna Know how it feels to be treated as a slave! Then congrats Jindal will fullfill that. As soon join you'll realise there nothing that will motivate you to work, i mean they'd say if pressuring works fine why have motivate ? * No PF or ESI facility (but they'll ask you to fill the form so that they can pretend like they provide pf facility ) * You you will be said while joining is all abou the rotational shifts and provide you a weekly shedule (you supposed to login as per the schedule and you can balance your other personal related task after or before you shift timings) but they'll surprise you with SUDDEN CHANGES IS SHIFT TIMING.. e.i. : aweek about to end : and last day you supposed to login at 18:00 - 3:30am, but they'll suddenly update you have to login for 12 to 1 shift 😂 if you don't login then they'll warn you for not following the rules and not being punctual if this happens twice or thrice the next day you might face complications in login in when you reach helpdesk then you realise you already got terminated yesterday🤣. * Split shift : the biggest scam they call us split shift, there's particular timings in every shifts where you'll get high no. Of calls and the rest of the times it would be limited. But they can't accept it to pay for taking limited no of calls.. so they calls so they came up with scamy splits shifts in which you have to login for the first 4 hrs in peak times then you have to logout.. and your next 3.30 hrs might to assigned for the time when you'll have to face another peak time. You may not now but you'll realise how terrible is this when you work. First they used to give 300 per split shift and ask about our concerns and later they don't pay and simply force to login * They just came about the no. Of calls we take they don't express it directly.. but they make you do it. Irrespective of how complicated issue the customer is facing they want you to resolve his issues within 3.30 mins (or so cares if you choose not resolve and close the call with in the approved time you are good to go until the customer doesn't complains against you🤷) means no proper training structure, yes if you are not serious about the job you just looking to kill some times then you can go for this job (no issues at THIS POINT)

I just have jindalx management and training team they do not have manners how to treat any employee they are just worst at the time of joining they will treat you like you are very important but once the joining parts gets completed they will change there color in minutes

...they hired me as a freelancer customer support executive in zomato chat process. When I joined the thing for which i was aware was just me salary and working hours. When my training started I get to know that it will gonna be 9 hours training then I did not asked for any hr discussion I adjusted I thought once the training will get completed I just need to complete 4.5 hours as per the letter but when my training complete ojt started they said for some time you need to come for preshift briefing everyday at 6 even our shift is 7:30-12:30 the why this preshift men but still. I managed for 1-13 days from 18th of August to 1st September I managed but on 2nd September I was not doing well do I joined late then the trainer started argue why are you late you do this everyday I was literally crying with the way he (senior trainer rahul khushwaha) was speaking to me then I said sir this is not the way to treat the team you people do not have management of time and work how will we gonna be manage with this routine every day you take our 1.5 hours just forbriefing without any exception if we ask you for any leave you do support if we ask you to manage with the time you are too confused for the same and even wr do not get our weekoffs as per preferences and still you are expecting that every single person of this batch number 224 jindal moti nagar zomato should be active 24/7 on whatsapp group anytime you shares ahy link for feedback or tests we will do it on same note whether we are stuck with any other work or anything but you just need your work after or before login hours which is not possible so arrange a session with the hr then he said ok he removed me form meet then I got a call from hr (rohit raina) he said is this a way to treat your senior trainer I said sir is this a way to treat any executive in jindal x? He disconnected saying inam on weekoff.

There is nothing to like about for this company.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor. Salary expectation are also very low. I will recommend only freshers who haven't worked anywhere only to come and work here and experience hell.
