The mid management doesn't know how to grow retail and channel marketing. They don't trust their ground level employees and doesn't provide support. Here the pressure is immense and without any reason anytime your job can go

1) Procurement system 2) Variable pay 3) Mail response from Procurement, Contract cell & other supporting management. 4) different type of uniform like T shirts & Jackets. 5) Salary cut culture if any mistake at workplace.

...who served more than the 10 years compensation also less than newly hired GET, Now B tech employee who worked from last 10 years got less salary then newly hired GET

No job security, even sometimes salary deduction can be done. What u hear the reputation from outside about JSP, it is totally wrong. U will only feel that after spending as an employee..
