...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't addess our issues

Likes

Salary for starters is the best in the industry. It had one of the best GET programmes in the country. Also the facilities are second to none.

Dislikes

...the people incharge for implementation of the policies are not that good enough. Lot of jealousy from seniors to juniors because of salary parity. People from GET programme face the burn the most. Nepotism is at its highest. Corruption runs at the ground levels and the top management simply choose to ignore it.

No job security, even sometimes salary deduction can be done. What u hear the reputation from outside about JSP, it is totally wrong. U will only feel that after spending as an employee..
