Salary is less as compared to same experience of others ,Every 2-3 years man power reductions news has come and some times it's happened. Less manpower and resources.

The only thing that is topic of serious concern is salary delay.

the steel and power company, mining and infrastructure fields. the company led by Mr. Naveen Jindal. JSPL has been rated as the second highest company in the world by the Boston Consulting Group. 1) Procurement system 2) Variable pay 3) Mail response from Procurement, Contract cell & other supporting management. 4) different type of uniform like T shirts & Jackets. 5) Salary cut culture if any mistake at workplace.
