...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not good, appraisals are fair and they not give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

products are best so promotional so easy and client go for name (Jindal) and services point major plus point.

...so lazy and not work proper way it created problem and make back to back issues. and not increase salary time to time. and change sales team every 3 month.
