Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Not a good company for career growth....everybody (even MD) is scared of the CEO and owner.....mandatory site visit, even if there is no requirement.....abrupt site posting even if you are hired for the design office.
