1. Timely payment (within 5-6th of every month) 2. Commute less as township is around 2 kms away 3. Work load is not much

1. Poor township infrastructure 2. Poor Canteen facility 3. Poor admin department 4. Leave is quite less (22 days annually apart from 10 days public holiday) 5. Township allotment is absurd. 1BHK room for AM & below and the room is too small to live in. For DM & above rooms which are allotted are quite spacious. 6. Too far from nearest railway station (Angul). It will take 1.5 hours to reach there. 7. No medical facilities in emergency hours (after 3 PM) 8. No proper security for employees. There are several instances where HR employees get beaten by local people. 9. No proper markets nearby

This company is a lala company trying to change but people who are sitting here from 10 20 years doesn't let the change happen.

Absolutely not the place to work if one really wants to have a professional experience in software domain. Everything is short, seating space, meeting space, working space. Even respect towards employees is short.
