Very Fair with all employees and contractors, good pay and conditions a lot of training and promotion opportunities give to all.
Due to hard conditions of export and imports of aluminium the company is trying to get the government change its policies towards international trade policies

If you give then your best they will show their worst towards yourself.
long working hours without overtime pay, nepotism in hiring, job insecurity, sudden termination and poor management at Jindal Aluminium. These challenges can have a detrimental effect on the work environment and employee morale.
There is nothing to like. I had worked in bhiwadi plant just 1.8 year stint. At last I had left this company.

...'t attend any vendor program/ function/ same field another company function.
5.This company is basically for medium/ low grade student who have owned good package. This company hired Nalwa's candidate, those are misfit to perform the job, they have oiled their relative, spying. VCMD Pragun jindal had not take any action against this kind of weather.Basically he is the puppet .Top management think that everyone is labour.Good for nothing.
6.I have recommend to join another company except this. After joinig you think about job security.
1) If you have keen interest in engineering so this company is not for you.
2) As a (GET) in company fine many time for first mistakes. Production Manager doesn't know even single management skill only know, imposed the heavy/major/ fined amount on poor supervisors.
3) As a supervisor run behind the baskets and spacers (used for keeping the material) in packing area, and bundle counting,no technical knowledge.
4) 12 hour shift "oh my god"who give permission for long working violate labour code/ no personal life
Personally I did 18 days in night under pressure of manager as fresher employee.
5) Too much politics, old school mindset
