Less appraisal like 1000 to 2000 Max No Bonus Strick timing Un- necessary work load Only 12 PL in a year 2nd and 4th Saturday sometime adjust in Holiday.

Office timing is not comfortable, Work culture, Bossisam, No proper planning, No standard practice, late setting up 9.00 or 10.oo pm etc.
