Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. 1. HR is not supportive. 2. They will give you last month salary after resignation even after serving full notice period. 3. They will not give you experience letter after notice period after false verbal promise. 4. They haven't paid salary of ex-employees for past 3 months. 5. The do not give you valid pay-slip 6. They will not provide you offer letter until you force them to do so. 7. Worst place to work as an intern. Conclusion: Do not believe them before the provide you any valid signed document. If you have newly joined, there is still time to force them to give you valid documents.
