I am part of a team that markets reliable, analytical as a result, I get to travel abroad especially to plant. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

The work pressure and compensation is decent, but growth is slow.I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Nothing , after NTPC take over there is no value in the company especially the jhabua employee, there is no ntpc hr deputed in the company which is creating a complete chaos . Terrible condition

Good work environment and culture, most important is management is very transparent, company policy are employees friendly.

Major drawback is location, which is @60km faraway from nearest town i e.jabalpur.

It is a good working condition jhabua power plant. and I have training period for hospital job. There was good facility foods and job security. Traveling facility in good.

It is a good working on hospital. Hospital is 10 beds compalsary.
