The salary hike is not good as compared to other peers. Management doesn't have a clear vision or direction. Always you will hear that projects are at a loss. HR policy is the worst., as per the contract they provide 30 working days' leave. however, you can avail of only 22 calendar days. They don't care about the actual performance, rather they care about show-off. No appreciation from management.

...ironment and MNC culture. Huge career growth and self development opportunities. Company policies are very fair and annual appraisal conducted, yearly salary hike and bonus depending on appraisal score. Overall good palace to work.
