I have worked here for 2.5 years and the organization gives me enough opportunity to learn and develop all the required skills to become a better professional in the field of construction industries.

Dislikes

Compensation policy is not good at all. Staffs working at H.O. are not professional enough.

During covid 19 outbreak I lost my job and compelled to join j g engineering, a mechanical contracting conpany.

Dislikes

I didn't have any disliking rather grateful to give an opprtunity. But, in fact I also want to make my career in a big organisation.

Likes

All management including directors are from technical background so they keep guide you towards the goal.

Dislikes

No career growth. Wrong policy making and company gives the pressure only to the project manager and the lower level staff doesn't listen to seniors as they are busy to maintain the relationship with head office. Store maintenance is also very bad.
