Its a excellent company to work with. Used to get salary on time and every year increament the salary and bonus once in a year. Would love to see Jet Airways fly again and be a part of it.

Well it’s long list, to start with Professionalism, Best airways, nice policies ,good salary,I was given opportunities to learn all allocation, incentives, adjustment in shifts to encounter work life balance,adequate training timely basis etc

Every company has some flaws ,so do my company , appraisal was not as per market standard, no pick up and drop policies for shifts

The only problem is most of the time you not with family on festivals and occasions that’s the job demand and we have chosen that profession.

Experienced staff, benefits like mediclaim for yourself+parents, spouse and children, Work life balance, Good amount of leaves, Sat n sun off.

For every airline actually, most of times recession n current world affairs affects your promotion n salary.
