...agement is transparent.There ia a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Organization is good but the management and HR team and policies are worst, no appraisal for last 5 years for anyone who is working apart from Chennai location. Additional work pressure as well, need to work out of your K.R.A.

Dislikes

Worst salary in industry, starting will be around 10k-12k and it will remain for few upcoming years, no salary hike for the last 5 years, started on 10k ended up on 11k after 6 years of employment, no compensation/medial benefits for parents. Worst management and HR department including their policies along with cheap politics if you are not from South, could be even worse to survive for North Indians. No one can take senior positions if they are from the other part of country except Tamilnadu. Just because it is a Christian Ministry I served all these years but everyday authorised persons making it worse and worse and worse. It is very heartbreaking and shameful. Overall experience 1 out of 10

No.. It's not ministry only business.. Only 10k salary for 15+ experience..Just think about it.. Don't lose your life there..

No.. only 10k salary for 7days daily work.. work Will end 12 am night and start at 9pm..no increment . For sambu thokkis you will get 2k increasment after 6years..job security is 2% only.

It builds our spiritual life very strong and gives us opportunity to work is Multiple Departments under Jesus calls organization.

Monday till Sunday No rest and with same salary we work in Multiple Department, work pressure high and the organization kick out the staffs without notice.

...rs room just to demolish and will not give appraisal for their senior employees. They will tell employees that we are getting salary from poor peoples money so dont ask for apprisal. But they will spend alot by changing office from chennai to coimbatore.

If you have skill you will not get promotion. You will get that if you work under the belt.
