It's a good company. Work culture is very good,all colleagues are very supportive. Alternate Saturday off.

Salary is low compare to other companies. Career growth is low and there are no personal mediclaim, they provide group mediclaim.

Growing company. Good manufacturing capacity and consistent product quality. Good and helping natured teams and colleagues (mostly).

Dislikes

Very low salary. No hybrid, flexible timings or work from home options. No perks. Highly unorganized. Management level people have no involvement or interest in solving problems which are genuinely out of powers of managers/executives etc. No SAP or good ERP lots of communication gap.

...love there problems with a smile on face.it was my pleasure to work with him. Salary has no issues with them, paid salary on time and also paid bonus during lockdown. Good company to learn as all kind of export documentation is there and you get a chance to handel shipment from start to end also you have directly answer the email from foreign customers.

Dislikes

Work culture is not good. Employees self-respect and dignity has no value.

Good working environment. Helping and friendly people around entire office and factories.

...ion etc much of work is still being done on excels. Lot of communication gaps. Salary offered is low here, no incentives, insurance or perks.
