Monday to Saturday workweek 😑 for Jergens India while US and China enjoy weekends off. The annual increments are way below market standards. No clearly defined growth path or metrics for career growth or promotions. Marketing and Sales techniques are rudimentary. Sales incentives are unattractive. No Employee Group Medical Insurance.
