I am greatfull as a employe of jerai Fitness company. During Covid 19 pandemic they paid me salary without my any work. Which is very helpful for my family.

Dislikes

The management doesn't address our issue. salary is decent but career growth is zero also Job security is very law.

The owner of the company is very humble and kindful,there is a great future for the fitness lovers, you are given a respect while introducing yourself as a member of the company

Dislikes

The co workers or the below position people's are such that they cheat oneself to be the best, firstly it will be comfortable but as time goes on the true nature comes to face and it never reaches the boss because it gets suppressed before

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
