As i have worked with the company before covid 19 and its atmosphere is good and like to work again with such good management and they are very carring about the employees at any stage weather its covid19 or some other time . In general company is very good and management is excellent in nature.

Dislikes

my dislikes in the company which i hate in my life is playing politics with newly join employees .apart from that company is very good.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
