This organisation is not for professionals and it's not a corporate company it's a monarchy kind a company no HR policies No leave policies even here you won't find the equal pay structure for every single post from executive to HOD of the department and if you are looking for a appraisal or promotion then don't join this organisation cause the end of your promotion scope is Manager level and HOD are the family members only it's more like a blood relation based organisation and your skills and knowledge won't be praised here...

...l employee often prevents junior employees from advancing for their own benefit. Even graduates are still receiving only 10,000 in-hand salary, despite having the worst experience. After handling the entire campaign for three years, there's been no promotion. The credit for the work is taken by the senior level.

...r Department na phone uthna na koi mail ka reply Dena...ye Inka system hai...... Salary kha jaate hai logo ki .....sb pta hote hue bhi ki Glti inke staff ki hai.....ynha wo logo ko kaam pr rkha hua hai Jo sirf poltices krte hai....kaam krne walo ki ynha koi zaroorat nhi hai..

...nguage. They don't care about hard workers. Only Chaapluse gets promotion there. No salary bar for them. Specially for doctors it's very bad organization. I will not recommend anyone to waste their time.

Work pressure is much than salary, no such benefits for future like promotion, democracy or politics is on top there for promotion. People having good relation with senior get salary, increments and promotion benefits.
