...ost times toxic culture no job security at all no transparent HR leave policies low salaries no appraisal or very low increment no employee wellness benefits lot of office politics job role and responsibilities didn't match what I signed up for no scope for career growth lack of trust in employees

Pls don’t choose this company. Very poor growth. Nothing will happen ur life.

Feel like school, less salary. Hike will happen when they are okay. Like September. They are not following proper industrial. It’s like poor management

very toxic work culture, no empathy for employees concerns by the management, No job security at all, no periodic appraisals, no diversity and inclusion, lot of politics and, no proper communication channels whatsoever
