...always controlling designers/engineers. Disrespectful to everyone for no reason. Salary and appraisal is non existent, only increases in salary when you threaten to leave. No offs on government given holidays and forced to work on sundays. Shit company, shit environment

...l HR Head Gaurds are more professional then the other staff unhygienic ambience If you are late coming your salary will be deducted but no extra pay for extra working hours

On time salary issues but only when there is a huge fluctuations in sales otherwise no major drawback at all.

...r with employee and even with customer. Always ready to file case with anyone. 2-3 months salary delayed and even get in part payment. Anytime salary reduction and lay-off from job. Management used bad language to anyone irrespective of designation.
