Employee benefits policy are not good, no Diwali or Ganpati Bonus, No Birthday gift, No Team Bonding fund…Nothing

No one appreciate your work, working condition for ITI candidate it's not good, I was working here in last 5 year but certainly I have problem with medical issue when I told my issue to HR no one action to on my problem they pressurize to me quitting to my job no group leader team leader support

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees .

Salary Deductions Worst work culture No policy and Principles. Just for the sake of name it is a corporate but it's purely worser than a Lala Company. A daily wages worksman gets more job satisfaction than a Manager or an engineer or for that sake any educated guy should get. No respect at all.
