There is lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 3 year job training

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees .

Work life balance maintenance is difficult ,too much politics during appraisal no fairly deal, if someone performes extraordinary,they must get extraordinary compensation

The only thing that they hire people from outside on a much higher package rather than growing their own talent in terms of package and designations.

When I work in a thard parti service I used to hate there salary the most because they used to give very less amount. This is what I don't like.!
