...cafeteria is transparent and nice view of ground and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good appreciate and fair and they give good salary and every month gift and bonus.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and tha management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

1) 5 day working in a weak. 2) Sweet box in Every festival ( Holi , Raksha-Bandhan, Dusshera, Diwali) 3)Healthy and Hygienic Canteen food provided.

...entice Trainee can not get their Apprentice Certificate and Marksheet from NATS. 3) The salary increments of Diploma trainee are in every 3 years of cycle periods. 4) Diploma trainees not get company logo dress (You will get light blue shirt which written trainee and naval blue trouser/pant which you feel awkward and feel like discrimination/partiality. 5) No festival bonus /lumpsum amount of training compilation. 6)No PF, ESI, Health Insurance. 7)No On-roll policy of JCB Company for Diploma trainees after 4 years of compilation.
